CONFIRMATION PACKAGES & RACE INFORMATION BOOKLET
A confirmation notice will be e-mailed to all entrants that provide a valid e-mail address. Entrants without e-mail access need to request a written confirmation. You can also confirm your race entry online by visiting the "race participant" link on the event web page or on the online registration system.
You will receive a race program with your race packet at registration and packet pick up. PLEASE review the race information inside the program for the most current wave start times and other important race weekend announcements. RACE INFORMATION BOOKLET AND CONFIRMATION PACKETS WILL NOT BE MAILED IN ADVANCE.

Team Magic events have a NO REFUND policy.
You have two options. ONE: A credit for 50% of the race registration fee will be offered until TWENTY ONE DAYS prior to the race date in question. TWO: You can request your race packet for the race in question up until the opening of late registration on race weekend. After that time, your packet will no longer be available.
In order to receive the credit or request your race packet, click 'Questions / Update Registration' on the Participants menu and enter your Event Confirmation Code from your receipt. After clicking 'Next' you will have an option for 'Cancel Registration'. Race registrations are non-transferable.

Team Magic will not share or sell any personal information provided to Team Magic by participants registering for Team Magic events.
Your personal information's only use is to record necessary information regarding your participation and send you information pertaining to Team Magic events.
