DIRECTIONS TO THE RACE SITE
Race registration and packet pick up will be held at the host hotel Holiday Inn Express on Friday night and Saturday morning. The address for the host hotel is 615 East Main Street, which is the same as Hwy 31E or Gallatin Road. The bike transition area and finish area are located just behind the Holiday Inn Express. Transition #1 is at the bottom of Caudill Drive at the swim entrance and exit.

Directions from I-65 North of Nashville
Take the TN-386/VIETNAM VETERANS BLVD exit- exit number 95- towards HENDERSONVILLE and GALLATIN. Take the SAUNDERSVILLE RD exit- exit number 8 from Vietnam Veterans Boulevard. Turn RIGHT onto SAUNDERSVILLE RD. Turn RIGHT onto Gallatin Road / US-31E / Johnny Cash Parkway. The Host Hotel Holiday Inn Express is on your left, just before Bluegrass Commons Boulevard. Race registration is inside the hotel, and all other race staging is behind the Holiday Inn Express, adjacent to the Holiday Inn Express Parking Lot.

 

Event Parking:
There is AMPLE parking in the parking lot of the First Baptist Church. This parking lot is directly adjacent the race finish line, which is on Music Village Boulevard. Please review the staging map in this booklet for directions.

Holiday Inn Express Hendersonville is the host hotel at (615) 824-0022.

 

They are located on the main Highway 31E in Hendersonville. The street address is 615 East Main Street, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

Please tell them you are with the Old Hickory Lake Triathlon and Team Magic for event pricing. This is definitely where you want to stay. The hotel parking lot connects to your race transition area and finish line!
