Required: Stationary trainer, bike, towels, tri apparel, running shoes, goggles (swim and run segments optional)
Pro Shop support provided by ACME Multisport.
Why just spin, when you can BIG SPIN? This class is FUN! You will improve your cycling without getting depleted and burned out. Sessions consist of aerobic endurance, drills, intensity sets, core strength, stretching, swim- and run- transitions. Please Note: This program is coached BY triathletes and is designed FOR triathletes. Roadies and fitness cyclists are welcome; swim- and run- transitions are optional but encouraged.
