Hello from Team Magic and thanks for registering for the Music City Triathlon or Music City Sprint Triathlon in our NEW downtown location!

We are excited about our new race venue and hope all of you truly enjoy.

With the new venue, we are still fine tuning our swim entry / exit plan. In the past, the swim portion for this event has been conducted by wave starts and if possible, we will do that at the new venue.

However, in case it works out that we need to do a time trial start, we would like to collect your estimated swim time for 1500 meters for the Intermediate distance or if you are doing the sprint, your estimated time for 400 yards. We did NOT have this question on the online registration system when you registered - please take a moment to follow the link below to edit your registration to include this information.

Thank you so much for your help with this & sorry for the inconvenience. Also, if you are traveling from out of town, below is a special rate being offered by Extended Stay America in the Vanderbilt Area on West End Avenue - just a few miles from downtown.

Extended Stay America Music City Triathlon Special Offer:
In order to book the reservation and get the negotiated rate of $71.24, please call directly at 615-383-7490 and ask to speak with the General Manager Zina Harris or Sandra Garcia the Assistant General Manager. You can also email reservation requests to nvb@extendedstay.com, but PLEASE NOTE you will not get the special rate if you book through the online system.

Please ensure that the Music City Triathlon is mentioned in order to get the negotiated rate.
